Accessibility Statement

1. Commitment

Simplicity Upload LTD is committed to making its website as accessible as reasonably possible to all users, including people who use assistive technologies or keyboard-only navigation.

2. Compliance target

We aim for our website to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the accessibility target.

3. Current status

We are working to improve the accessibility of this website and are reviewing it against WCAG 2.2 AA. This statement does not represent a formal completed accessibility audit or certification.

4. Known limitations

As of the last review date below, known or suspected limitations may include:

• some decorative or marketing imagery may still need refinement of alternative text;
• some custom controls (for example quantity steppers) may need further assistive-technology testing;
• the homepage promotional video has a text transcript for users who need an alternative to the moving image or on-screen titles; some titles in the video may still be difficult to read (for example red on a light background).

Target standard: WCAG 2.2 AA. Testing has included a combination of automated checks, manual checks, and targeted code updates (for example skip links, landmark markup, control labels, and footer policy links). Further independent audit may be arranged as part of ongoing improvement.
